Global Travel is able to manage and execute complex travel processes with an emphasis on exceptional customer service while generating significant cost savings for the Company. We coordinate and manage individual and group travel arrangements for all corporate travelers in accordance with the guidelines of the Walt Disney Company’s Travel & Entertainment policy.
The Technology Integration Manager is a service-oriented position which requires mastery of travel related technology as well as effective communication, multi-tasking, problem-solving skills and the ability to report key information to upper management.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for understanding and following all TWDC policy’s, DisneyData
- Responsible for executing day to day operation of Global Travel Booking Tools, ensuring efficiency, uptime, managing enhancements
- Management of Online Booking Tool sub-sites for TWDC current travelers and productions
- Collaborate with DTSS on the design/maintenance of HR/SAP interaction with Online Booking Tools
- Train users on use of booking tools as well as conducting surveys and resolving technology issues for current users
- Be available 24/7 for emergency afterhours calls related to cast travel
Basic Qualifications
- Travel Technology – 5 years minimum
Preferred Qualifications
- Online Booking Tools systems – 3 years
- Business Travel Industry knowledge
- Sabre GDS
- Microsoft Office
- HTML knowledge
- Time Management skills
- Travel Agent Certification
Required Education
- Bachelor degree
