Growth Business Analyst

We’re looking for a Business Analyst on our Growth team to provide the data expertise as we collectively drive towards deepening growth and enhancing engagement. You will offer a strong data-driven perspective while working closely with product, engineering, and marketing. You will be on the cutting edge of analysis, leveraging our data sources to propose new ideas and drive key strategic decisions through both offline and online efforts.

As a Business Analyst, you will bring a strong technical, analytical, and product background to a broader team which prioritizes demand and supply growth at all costs. Our autonomy gives us the flexibility to focus on projects with the greatest impact, and you will have a major say in our decisions within this dynamic and challenging role.

Responsibilities

Leverage data to perform intensive analysis across all areas of our business
Execute upon requirements to draw detailed and actionable conclusions in an efficient manner
Determine the proper metrics for tracking current and future experiments
Develop dashboards and reports to regularly communicate results
Present findings to senior management to drive business decisions
Generate ideas for analysis to shape future projects
Use tools such as Python, R, Excel, and Tableau to work efficiently at scale
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across disciplines such as product, engineering, operations, and marketing

Requirements

BS/MS in Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Physics, Statistics, or equivalent experience
Strong SQL or scripting skills
Prior startup experience strongly desired

Balance attention to detail with swift execution
Ability to deliver on tight timelines
Hustle is essential, moving quickly and executing to allow for continual iteration is a core competency of our team
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
