The Tualatin Hills Park & Recreation District (THPRD) seeks a Senior Operations Analyst to perform a variety of tasks that include analysis of fiscal, administrative and operational activities and analysis and review of budgetary, contractual and/or administrative operations. The Operations Analyst will exercise independent judgment within established guidelines and develops recommendations as new or unusual situations arise.

At the senior level of the series, the operations analyst is expected to exercise independent judgement within established guidelines, develops recommendations as new or unusual situations arise and exercises considerable discretion in organizational recommendations and decisions. This position will directly report to the Recreation & Aquatic Director.

Salary: $99,944.00 - $110,240.00 Annually
The compensation for this position is a proposed range, subject to the position analysis process. The determination on compensation will be made no later than March 31, 2024.

Education and Experience

Any equivalent combination of education, experience, and training that would likely provide the applicant with the required knowledge, skills and abilities is qualifying.  A typical way to obtain the knowledge and abilities would be:

OPERATIONS ANALYST III (Senior)
A bachelor's degree in public administration, business administration, political science, communication, accounting, finance, economics or a related field of study, or equivalent work-life experience.
AND
A minimum of five (5) years increasingly responsible experience in administrative, management, intergovernmental operations, financial or accounting analysis including the analysis of fiscal and/or management problems with at least one (1) year of experience as an expert individual contributor responsible for leading employees and projects.
