Supply Chain Innovation and Technology holds a critical function for driving value at The Walt Disney Company by identifying and assessing cost saving initiatives, inspiring innovation, facilitating a coordinated strategy for Disney supply chain to make the best use of technology, resources, and information across business segments, and being a thought partner for Disney supply chain stakeholders globally.
The Supply Chain Innovation and Technology Project Manager will help identify and assess big ideas to improve Disney’s Supply Chain, across business segments and lines of business.

- Research trends and emerging capabilities

Basic Qualifications
- 5 years minimum experience in Supply Chain Management or related field
- Experience in process improvement
- Experience in a Project Management role
- Experience in a Technical Research role
- Experience building business cases
- Experience working in a global environment
- Demonstrated expertise in using data management tools (Access, SQL, and/or similar)
- Technical data analysis and optimization tools (SAS / JMP, Tableau, Llamasoft, CPLEX, Arena, and/or similar)
Preferred Qualifications
- 8+ years experience in Supply Chain Management or related field
- 2+ years experience in Business Intelligence
- Llamasoft
- CPLEX
- Arena
- Supply Chain certificates/continuing education (CSCMP, APICS, other)
- Data management training/certifications
- Project Management Professional (PMP)
- Lean or Six Sigma Process Improvement Belts
Required Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Statistics, Computer Science or equivalent
Preferred Education
- Master’s or Doctorate Degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Statistics, Computer Science or equivalent a plus
