Identify, develop and implement supply chain strategies and cost savings initiatives for Walt Disney Food & Beverage supply chains (Parks and Resorts). Includes facilitating/leading development and implementation of supply chain optimization processes, tools and models that decrease total delivered cost while increasing in-stock performance.
Responsibilities
- Lead/facilitate supply chain optimization studies/projects, develop recommendations to close performance gaps, and present findings/recommendations to executive leadership. Implement approved recommendations.
- Work with food & beverage supply chain partners on optimizing processes and addressing operating challenges in a way that allows them to achieve operating goals and objectives.
- Utilize technology to streamline workload, enable implementation of recommendations and improve data management.
- Partner with extended Integrated Supply Chain Management team in achieving goals and objectives.

Basic Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in supply chain management or related field
- Experience managing projects
- Demonstrated expertise in using data management tools (Access, SQL, and/or similar)
- Demonstrated ability to drive business results
- Excellent managerial, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to partner and work effectively in a global environment
- Experience with Visual Basic a plus
- Strong presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
- CSCMP, APICS or similar certification a plus
Required Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics or equivalent field of study is required.
Preferred Education
- Masters or MBA is desired
