Responsibilities

  • Collect complex data sets from proprietary databases and distill them into actionable insights for a non-technical audience.
  • Perform, document, and explain statistical analysis on system and client performance related data.
  • Create insightful automated dashboards and data visualizations to track key metrics and trends.
  • Develop hypotheses and test analytical solutions to internal and external customers inquiries.
  • Contribute to, or lead efforts to define, develop and monitor key business metrics.

Qualifications

  • BA/BS, with strong academic record, ideally in Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Physics, or other quantitative field
  • 1-3 years experience in a quantitative business role
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel, SQL and other data analysis software such as R, Python, and SAS
  • Experience developing data visualizations and using BI software such as Tableau, Power BI, and Sisense
  • Intense intellectual curiosity – strong desire to always be learning
  • Positive, people-oriented, and energetic attitude
  • Analytical, creative, and innovative approach to solving difficult problems
  • Passionate about data and analytics
