Job Summary:

The Inventory Sales Analyst is responsible for ensuring that inventory is accurately valued, priced, and managed by collecting, processing, and performing statistical analyses on large aviation datasets to discover useful information, suggest conclusions, and support decision-making.

Duties & Responsibilities

Dissect aviation data sets, identify patterns, and derive insights to drive business decisions.
Develop and implement pricing strategies by analyzing market conditions, competitor pricing, and cost data to determine optimal product pricing.
Collaborate with other departments to understand their data needs and help them make informed decisions based on data insights.
Use statistical tools and techniques to explore and analyze aviation data, identifying patterns, relationships, and trends.
Analyze inventory data of aircraft parts to help set appropriate pricing and manage stock levels.
Prepare reports to communicate the insights and findings from the data, which may influence policy and decision-making processes.
Create presentations of data findings through charts, graphs, and dashboards to make the data understandable.
Other duties as assigned.

Required Skills & Abilities

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Math, Statistics, or a related field
2+ years of Aviation Industry experience. Advanced MS Excel (Required)
Must have a strong work ethic, be well organized, detail-oriented, and be a self-starter.
Possesses strong problem-solving, documentation, research and resolution, data analysis, and multi-tasking skills.
Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with an emphasis on accuracy and timeliness.
