Associate of Strategy and Analysis Full Time Role (Analytics Implementation Specialist)

Skill and Role Summary:

Analytics Implementation: Implement analytics solutions for clients. Identify data capture strategy gaps and architect and deliver solution design recommendations for tagging.

Main duties and responsibilities:

Perform web analytics implementation and custom data integrations, providing technical recommendations based on business requirements
Help clients enable tracking across a wide range of online platforms like websites, mobile experiences, rich mobile applications, ecommerce, etc
Validate and troubleshoot website tagging and work with product teams and tech for implementation of best practices for tracking
Keep up to date with current and emerging trends and best practices in the analytics and analytics measurement field
Document issues and best practices relating to specific platforms or configurations
Identify trends, build reports and drive insights

Requirements:

Strong analytical aptitude, intellectual curiosity, and passion for the technical side of analytics and the web/interactive space
Familiarity with site analytics tools such as SiteCatalyst, Google Analytics and similar solutions
JAVA certification and Computer Science or Information Systems degree preferred
Web Development exposure (HTML, DHTML, JavaScript, CSS)
Client facing skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks under competing deadlines and shifting priorities in a fast-paced online/mobile environment.
Experience with Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint required.
Highly motivated/self-starter with a sense of ownership, willingness to learn, and desire to succeed
Exposure to analytics implementation preferable but not necessary as we will train
Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
Proven ability to work in dynamic cross-functional work teams
Working knowledge of web analytic technologies
