Role and Responsibilities

WMS Software Design & Implementation: Develop, test, and implement software solutions for the Warehouse Management System, focusing on functionalities related to materials / products' inbound, outbound, returns, and inventory management
Developing and Implementing QMS: Design, develop, and implement the Quality Management System based on industry standards and organizational requirements
System Integration & Optimization: Ensure seamless integration of the WMS with other enterprise systems, optimizing for performance scalability.
Database Interaction: Design and manage database structures specific to warehousing needs, ensuring efficient data retrieval and storage processes
User Interface Development: Create intuitive interfaces for warehouse staff, ensuring ease of use and maximizing efficiency in operations.
Risk Management: Identify and assess potential risks to qualify within the organization. Develop strategies to mitigate and manage these risks effectively.
Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Proactively address software issues, troubleshoot anomalies, and perform regular maintenance to ensure smooth system operation
Continuous Learning & Training: Stay updated with the latest trends in WMS development and technologies. Provide training and support to internal teams as required.

Skill and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
Minimum of 3+ years of hands-on software development experience, preferably in WMS / QMS or related systems.
Strong proficiency in software development using languages such as .NET, C#, JAVA, etc.
Familiarity with database management, particularly in systems supporting warehousing operations, like Oracle / SQL Server.
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
Problem-solving mindset with an ability to adapt to changing requirements.
Korean bilingual preferred but not required
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
