Role and Responsibilities:

  • Lead to the implementation and operation of ERP administration systems, ensuring its seamless interfacing and integration within the ERP and other business applications and Groupware (GW) ecosystem.
  • Strong teamwork skillsets to manage IT ERP systems (e.g., ERP: SAP, SAP Concur, Swift, etc.) as a part of teams on ERP function in IT team.
  • Manage and improve the administrative workflows within ERP systems.
  • Support and implement backup function of GW systems (e.g., Workday, MMS, VDI, etc.) if necessary
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and requirements and cross functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Strong insight and skills to improve the process of IT integrated systems and tracking the issues of planning and process of IT systems.
  • Configure and customize the ERP system to meet specific organizational needs and provide ongoing support for ERP system users and troubleshoot issues.
  • Perform regular system updates, patches, and upgrades and monitor system performance and implement optimizations as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant security, regulations, and standards related to ERP usage
  • Manage, monitor, and report the ERP system to IT Project manager, as well work closely with other IT team members for any issues between ERP and GW systems.
  • Other duties as assigned

 

Skill and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as project management, information technology, business administration, computer science, or related discipline
  • 0 to 5 years+ of solid experience in the development and integration of Groupware or similar administrative systems within broader ERP infrastructures (e.g., ERP: SAP, SAP Concur, Swift, etc.) Entry: 0 to 1 years hands-on experience / Junior: 1 to 5 years of hands-on experience / Senior: 5+ years of hands-on experience
  • Proficiency in tools and programing languages appropriate for ERP systems (e.g., SAP ABAP, SQL, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, etc.) and GQ system (e.g., Workday, MMS, VDI, etc.)
  • An analytical and problem-solving mindset focused on enhancing administrative efficiency and ERP integration.
  • Comprehensive understanding of administrative processes and their intricate integration points within an ERP
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
  • Problem-solving mindset with an ability to collect and adapt to requirements.
  • In-depth knowledge of IT integrated systems (cloud-based ERP and groupware) for best practices and process optimization (Preferred)
  • Experience with planning and managing IT systems in manufacturing industry and / or Project manager training (PMBOK / PMI) is a plus
  • Understand IT systems and functions of modules in manufacturing industry (Preferred)
