Global consumer goods company has an immediate opening for a Business Intelligence Analyst that also has experience working with human resource data.
- Needs to be extremely strong in Data Analysis and Data Manipulation
- Must have very good communication skills and strong presentation skills
- Must work with cross functional teams and communicate well with executive leadership
- Experience working with advanced statistical tools - people data - sales data.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree, Masters preferred.
- Technically should be extremely strong in Excel, Business Object, and Reporting, Data warehousing, Data Mining
- Strong Dashboard expertise, Adhoc queries
- Proven experience in generating reports and creating presentations
- Strong Data/Business Intelligence skills.
- Experience work with Human Resource data preferred
