The team at Precision Strategies is looking for a Senior Associate interested in joining a growing data and analytics practice tackling business needs for companies, organizations, and campaigns across industries, issues, and countries.
The position is focused on turning numbers into stories via elegant, easy-to-understand visualizations for clients. It offers opportunities to help build a growing team, work on and manage projects across industries and functional areas, and develop tools, products, and services to help our clients succeed.
We’re looking for applicants with:
- Strong experience using data to tell a story via easy-to-understand visualizations, specifically with Tableau.
- A proven ability to work on and lead multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines under pressure, and communicate and work with multiple stakeholders.
- The ability to explain data and technical concepts to non-technical people without data and analytics knowledge or experience, both verbally and in clear and concise writing.
- At least intermediate SQL experience.
- Experience integrating data from different sources and designing end-to-end data pipelines.
- Ideally, some knowledge of a programming language, especially JavaScript, PHP, or Python.
- A resourceful, positive attitude and an eagerness to solve problems.
