At Nike, we are always on the offense, and we are looking for an experienced Program Manager with a passion for data and analytics to join our new and quickly growing North America Analytics team. As Analytics Program Manager, you will enable Nike's leap from data to insights, managing a diverse portfolio of Analytics projects, leading high-profile initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional partners to ensure awareness, agreement, alignment and commitment. Our projects range from innovative pilots that showcase predictive analytics, to major capabilities that bridge Business Intelligence and business needs. We are a small and agile team, and we look to you to bring project management expertise and structure, yet retain the ability to remain flexible and pivot quickly. You will use your strong leadership and communication skills and ability to build consensus across multiple stakeholders to create a collaborative, innovative, and high-performing Analytics network. Qualifications
Requirements for this position include:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in progressively responsible, relevant PM role
- Extensive Project Management experience managing multiple project streams of various complexity
- Experience, interest and adaptability to working in Lean/Agile delivery environment
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience managing cross-functional teams
- Coaching and leading team members to accomplishing business results
- Strong technical and analytical skillset
