i-team Data Analytics Manager
The i-team Data Analytics Manager will play a crucial role in leveraging data-driven insights to support local government innovation. This position is responsible for managing, analyzing, and visualizing data to drive strategic decision-making, enhance public services, and improve community outcomes. The ideal candidate is a data-savvy professional with strong analytical skills, experience in government or social impact work, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop data visualizations, dashboards, and reports to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including policymakers, civic leaders, and stakeholders.
- Utilize statistical methods, predictive analytics, and other advanced techniques to solve challenges.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with local regulations.
- Present findings and recommendations to leadership teams and external partners.
Locations: This position is available in 11 cities across the U.S., including Rochester, NY; Oakland, CA; Chattanooga, TN; Charlotte, NC; Atlanta, GA; Raleigh, NC; Memphis, TN; Newport News, VA; Montgomery, AL; Columbus, OH; and Savannah, GA.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Public Policy, or a related field.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Python, R, SQL, or Tableau.
- Experience in policy research, performance measurement, or civic technology projects.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex data in a clear and actionable manner.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
