Overview

Ensures the integrity of HR data through system administration, auditing, and continual process improvement. Provides regular and timely reports.

Responsibilities

Essential Functions:

  • Maintains and supports system administration, including but not limited to HRIS, Payroll, ATS, and Timekeeping
  • Detects, analyzes, and troubleshoots technical deficiencies for problem resolution and improved performance
  • Serves as Workday Pro, Compliance Champion, and Data Champion
  • Maintains accurate security access levels for all HR systems
  • Executes processes and required reporting related to AAP, EEO, SOX compliance, contingent worker onboarding/offboarding, work authorization and other employment related matters
  • Provides technical expertise and makes recommendations to enhance user experience
  • Acts as liaison and SME by partnering with vendors and internal customers to achieve desired business results
  • Provides reports and data analytics as requested by HR group, finance, system administrators outside of HR, management, and the executive team
  • Ensures all HR records and processes are compliant by conducting quarterly or annual audits as necessary
  • Appropriately trains and/or communicates system changes affecting global users
  • Effectively leverages technology to improve HR delivery
  • Leads proactive initiatives to ensure regulatory compliance and controls including timely and accurate reporting and process standardization
  • Stays abreast and creates awareness of regulation changes affecting HR policies and procedures

Education:

  • Bachelors degree OR 5 years directly related experience required
  • Bachelors degree strongly preferred
  • PHR or SHRM-CP preferred

Professional Experience:

  • Workday system administration experience required
  • Advanced Excel skills required
  • HR generalist experience preferred

Physical Requirements:

Exert up to 10lbs. of force occasionally and/or up to a minimal amount frequently

Visual Acuity:

  • Work requires close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
  • Ability to read pertinent printed material and distinguish colors.
  • Ability to prepare and read written documentation; use of computer.
