One of our clients is seeking an experienced Churn Data Analyst.

Our client is a growing fixed wireless internet provider with more than 200,000 customers in 16 states.

The churn prediction models developed will be the backbone of the reports and dashboards used collaboratively by Ops, Product and Customer Experience. This position will also partner with data engineering teams to ensure data accuracy, integrity and accessibility for analytical use. 

The preferred candidate has:

  • a Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience in data analytics or data science, preferably within telecommunications, broadband or other subscription related industries
  • Hands on experience in Python or R for statistical analysis, data modeling and machine learning.
  • Adept in data visualization tools as Tableau, Power BI or Looker or others
  • Proven ability to apply predictive modeling techniques for churn and customer retention analysis.
  • Familiarity with statistical experimentation, and impact measurement of retention initiatives.

  • Predictive models that effectively identify at-risk customers and inform proactive interventions.
  • Improved customer retention outcomes through data-backed recommendations.
  • Strong collaboration across teams to implement and measure churn reduction strategies.
