We are currently seeking a Client Analytics Director to work on our mid-size and large health plan teams. The Client Analytics Director will deliver the ongoing analytics to these clients and support the continuous evolution of Client Analytics products. The Director will work closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Consulting.

Key Responsibities:

As part of an interdisciplinary team:

Identify, define, and analyze business problems in order to create solution options, opportunities and recommendations;
Research client segments’ needs from an analytics perspective and help drive the continued evolution of the Eliza analytics offering;
Create and deliver meaningful analysis for presentation at varying levels within client organizations including senior management;
Up to 15% travel required.

The ideal candidates should have:

10+ years experience in market research, consulting, or direct marketing analytics using data and information to tell a story including actionable recommendations;
Skills in creating and delivering effective PowerPoint presentations to various levels within the business including senior management;
MBA, MPH or advanced degree in mathematical science, decision science or related fields preferred (or equivalent work experience);
Client management and project management skills essential;
Experience visualizing data, preferably with Tableau;
Familiarity with statistical analysis and analyzing healthcare data preferred.
