Position Summary:
The Sr. Manager of Data Systems and Analytics has the combined oversite of functional software applications with analytical output. Using available technologies to lead, plan, and coordinate all work related to the design, development, and implementation of the company’s reporting and analytics function. This position is responsible for maintaining, supporting, and upgrading reports that flow into dashboards and identifies opportunities to streamline processes by being intimately familiar with the company’s technology assets and operational needs. A key objective of this role is to reduce friction and repetitive work by implementing features that will increase department and system efficiency.
Operational function: Establishing and maintaining positive work relationships with peers, team members, and management across all departments is critical to successfully facilitating and effecting change.

Position Expectations:
Systems Management & Strategy: Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of core business systems (e.g., ERP, CRM), ensuring integration and optimal functionality.
Ensure system evolves with latest technology to include emerging AI data technology.
Data Strategy & Architecture Design: Develop, maintain, and communicate the enterprise data architecture blueprint, including data warehouses, data lakes, and streaming platforms.
Data Modeling & Management: Architect data models and schemas (conceptual, logical, physical) to support AI/ML, analytics, and reporting.
Analytics & Reporting: Guide the design, implementation, and improvement of data reporting tools, dashboards, and quantitative analyses to support executive decisions.
Process Improvement: Identify, analyze, and resolve operational issues, applying business logic to enhance processes and reduce inefficiencies.
Project Management & Leadership: Lead system implementation projects, ensuring they stay within budget and on schedule.
Communicates and displays sophisticated technology and information in a way that is easy for team members and management to understand.
Team Leadership: Hire, train, and supervise Business Analysts or Systems Analysts, fostering skill development.
Technical Liaison: Translate complex business requirements into technical functional requirements and act as a bridge between technical teams and end-users.
Other: Availability to work irregular hours, weekends and holidays, as needed if circumstances require.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum position requirements:
· 5+ years of recent experience in data architecture, data system analysis, or system strategy with 3+ years in a supervisory role.
· Expert budget and analysis skills
· Microsoft Power BI knowledge, Konami, Synchro, Paychex and other Google-based data feeds.
· Expert Microsoft Office skills
· System conversion and visualization of data experience
· Bachelor’s Degree required, MBA helpful
· Ability to obtain and maintain a gaming registration
Experience with emerging AI technology is required
