Job Description

ABOUT THE POSITION

The Breakthrough Results Program helps district partners to achieve and sustain new levels of performance in their schools by focusing on an iterative cycle of change allowing districts to see results in just 10 weeks. Breakthrough Results (BTR) empowers teachers, school leaders and district staff to create measurable performance goals tied to key organizational priorities like literacy, math, graduation rates, attendance, etc. This rapid cycle of learning-through-doing, coupled with the empowerment provided by district-level senior leadership, allows school district participants in a Breakthrough Results Program to cut through red tape to get results fast.

As a BTR Data Analyst, you will help design, build, operationalize, and maintain data for each respective challenge area, cycle, and BTR team you support. You will leverage various approaches to data transformation and visualization to deliver meaningful insights to BTR teams throughout a 10-week program. Your visualizations will help teams track progress against goals and calibrate their action plans to produce desired outcomes. You will leverage your experience to prepare baseline data, incorporate progress-monitoring results, and analyze control group and final results data. In partnership with internal DMGroup BTR team members, you will support project planning as well as respond to the emerging demands of BTR clients. All the while, you will remain focused on continuous improvement to support the growth and scale of BTR while maintaining the quality and value our clients expect.

  • Support BTR dashboard users (e.g. DMGroup Internal team, Performance Coaches) in the effective use of dashboards for each BTR program.
  • Work with BTR Associates to problem solve data and data dashboards inquiries and ensure timely resolution of data related issues for your respective programs.
  • Support ad hoc analysis to understand trends or additional insights across data sets before, during, and after BTR program cycles;
