Job Description

As a Consumer Insight Research System Manager, you will guide the operational execution of our industry-leading data analytic workflows. You will also be responsible for the operational execution of our select reporting components and capabilities inside our data analytics platform. Your responsibilities will a combination of internal efforts and support for client engagements.

You should have strong project management skills and a background in data analytics workflows. You will also be an important part of new client implementations, working closely with technical and support teams, product teams, and internal clients.

Responsibilities

Lead the team facilitating project work to flow smoothly through the Consumer Insight Operations team.
Ensure a focus on data quality by creating a structure and following processes.
Continually innovate against the process and tools we use to do this work.
Provide project management for all qualitative and quantitative projects including scheduling initial meetings, communicating with vendors, providing ongoing status updates to internal clients, and following up on all survey-related changes
Run and proof scheduled reports created by the Research Systems team
Attend internal client team meetings

Basic Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
Demonstrated knowledge working with SAS and SPSS statistical software applications, Excel and Excel formulas.
Fundamental understanding of statistical techniques used in market research.
Ability to pull data from relational database and manipulate it in preparation for further analysis.
2 years of working experience using SAS / SPSS statistical applications

Required Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent
