The Manager, Media Analytics is a newly created position within the Consumer Insight, Measurement, and Analytics Group (CIMA) to lead the design and deployment of best in class analytics to support the Global Sales and Marketing’s media team. This position is responsible for the delivery of innovative, cross-channel analytics and statistical modeling to maximize consumer conversion and maximize the return on our marketing investment. This person will collaborate with cross functional teams including Sales & Marketing Strategy, Media, Marketing Analytics, and the Digital Analytics teams and act as the subject matter expert for best practices for cross channel marketing attribution, conversion optimization, and digital marketing program performance. Responsibilities will include leading cast members in the completion of analytics projects.
Responsibilities
- Provide both leadership and hands on development for analytic projects
- Provide administrative leadership of an analytic team
- Lead the digital attribution efforts to maximize investment in on-line spend
- Design advanced analytical solutions to identify important online behaviors and recommend actions to drive desired outcomes
- Manage the ongoing model calibration of propensity and forecast models
- Perform ad hoc analysis as needed to answer specific business questions and produce actionable insights
- Distribute analytic findings throughout organization
Basic Qualifications
- 7+ years of media analytics experience
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced complex business environment
- Familiar with use of online digital data (e.g., Omniture, DFA, etc)
- Demonstrated knowledge of digital attribution tools (e.g., Adometry, Convertro, VisualIQ)
- Proven experience with data management platforms (e.g., BlueKai, Turn)
- Experience with online large-scale A/B testing or Multivariate testing
- Familiar with the deployment of statistical modeling into e-commerce environments
- Demonstrated attentiveness to detail
- Demonstrated proactive and creative problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated strategic and creative thinking ability
- Proven ability to champion project from inception to implementation
Preferred Qualifications
- 10+ years of media analytics experience
- Leadership of an analytics team
- Experience with social media analytics
- Experience with paid and organic search analytics
- Experience with syndicated measurement tools (i.e. ComScore, Nielsen)
- Proven experience in presenting to C-suite level executives
Required Education
- BS/BA in Business, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Operations Research
Preferred Education
- Advanced degree in Business, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Operations Research
