The senior research analyst will support theme park leadership as related to the Guest experience for the development and refinement of new product ideas and measurement of existing programs and tactics.

 

Responsibilities

Manage all phases of the market research process including needs identification, project design, survey design, analysis, report writing and presentation of results.

Basic Qualifications

  • Hands-on marketing researcher with relevant research experience.
  • Hands-on experience with SAS (preferred) or SPSS required.
  • In-depth knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrated strong partnering skills.
  • Critical thinker, able to sort through complex business issues.
  • Able to think out of the box and willing to try different research approaches.
  • Able to conceptualize and build an analytic plan, design questionnaires, and analyze/summarize data leading to actionable recommendations.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate research data into actionable insights and recommendations through compelling reports and presentations.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Demonstrated strong analytical skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Walt Disney World Resort theme parks.
  • Prior experience with SAS programming.
  • Demonstrated strong presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated strong team player skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with external research consultants.
  • Demonstrated strong organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to handle conflict.

Required Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related field
