The Business Analyst, Annual Giving Operations, will function as a key part of Tuck’s industry-leading annual fundraising program. Within the Development and Alumni Services team, this position will help build a sustainable foundation for integrated information sharing, including recommendations for annual fund process improvements, donor stewardship, and engagement initiatives. The use of data and analytics is increasingly important and strategic for Tuck Annual Giving (TAG)’s fundraising success, and the Business Analyst will help the team build on TAG’s long-standing culture of philanthropy and volunteer engagement.
If you have the following experience, we would welcome your application for this rewarding opportunity:
- Four years of experience with complex administrative information systems, preferably in a college or university setting
- At least four years of work involving extensive contact with customers identifying, researching, analyzing, and resolving complex data issues
- Experience performing process reviews and analyses
- Training experience
