Director of Data Analytics and Digital Experience

The Director of Data Analytics and Digital Experience will lead the charge in strengthening AHCU’s digital member experience-from mobile and online banking to the data systems that power smarter decisions. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves to innovate, collaborate, and make technology work in service of people who spend their days serving others in health care roles across the state, including employees of Allina Health, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota, Children's Minnesota, Hennepin Health, Medica, and so many more.
The perfect candidate should:
- Have strong technical competencies with digital platforms
- Be familiar with core processing ststems and how they intergrate with digital platforms
- Hve experience managing or supporting system conversions, upgrades, or fintech intergrations
Analytical and Strategic skills are also needed to able to translate raw data into actionable insights.
The Director of Data Analytics and Digital Experience will work closely with the leadership team located in the corporate offices in Woodbury MN either onsite or the possibility of a hybrid remote working schedule.
