Sr. Sales Data Analyst Consultant

We are looking for a Sr. Sales Data Analyst Consultant that will serve as a strategic partner to our Sales & Marketing leaders by translating complex analytic work into easy to understand data narratives and recommendations. This position will influence decisions that impact our overall marketing + sales strategy and advise on key success indicators. Collaborate cross functionally to improve and define processes that promote sales strategies.
This role is a hybrid of traditional jobs in data analysis, performance evaluation, sales and marketing strategy and planning.
**Hybrid work schedule with in office commitments each week**
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build and support repeatable processes and tools/dashboards to empower both sales and marketing leaders and reps with critical operational data related to sales & marketing strategy and execution. Examples include: weekly/monthly/quarterly performance reports, pipeline reviews, sales and/or marketing programs. Be able to articulate to our senior leaders how the process/data relates to overall sales & marketing strategy.
- Analyze complex business problems through independent in depth investigation and data forensics. Identify operational inefficiencies, data quality issues and behavioral trends. Inform senior leader decisions by being a trusted advisor
- Own key analytical components of large, cross-functional projects. Define necessary processes to promote data integrity and reporting to support sales strategy.
- Perform in depth analysis and review of the leading, in process and lagging indicators to support strategic initiatives to drive growth.
- Be a subject matter expert within the Sales/Marketing organization.
- May regularly coach other team members, plan work for others to meet project deadlines, or provide performance observations at the request of team member or their manager
- May regularly formally mentor Andersen employees with sales strategy aspirations, interns and/or other team members.
- May have direct reports or staff responsibilities, including career development and conducting performance evaluations.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree – business analytics, mathematics, statistics, economics
- 5-7 years’ experience in analyst related field (marketing, sales, finance or business). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced Excel skills, experience with SQL, common data visualization tools (Tableau, Qlik, PowerBI), ability to manipulate and make sense of large data sets. Understanding of data structures and basic modeling concepts.
- Experience with common sales tools such as Salesforce, Anaplan.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with demonstrated ability to present technical content to leaders.
- Works effectively in an unstructured environment requiring new perspectives and creative approaches.
- Able to effectively navigate competing timelines and prioritization.

In 2024, Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $4,000 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
