VP, Software Engineering (Consumer Analytics)

Altisource

Job Description

Here at Altisource we are committed to driving disruptive change into the Financial Services industry and beyond. We are committed to hiring the best people to solve the toughest problems and – in that pursuit – we are committed to build something lasting and special for our customers, shareholders and employees.

Right now we are in the initial stages of launching – and spinning out - our Consumer Analytics team as a separate business unit to drive powerful big-data analytics products and solutions. We are leveraging our deep expertise in consumer psychology, quantitative modeling and data science, and software technology, and coupling those with our built-in customer-base to launch scalable platform solutions into the Financial Services industry, Healthcare, Hospitality, Telecom, and more.

We are a start-up in all of the best senses, with small, high-caliber, focused teams; a collegial, mission-driven culture with merit at its center and no room for politics; a flexible work environment where both smart – and hard – work are honored and rewarded; and where equity in the venture is the name of the game. Unlike most start-ups however, we are well-funded to achieve our very aggressive goals, and we have an established customer-base with substantial revenues. If you have always been the best wherever you have worked, and have been looking for that place with just the right combination of challenge and opportunity, then drop us a line; we’re interested. We have a vision to change the world through better analytics, and we’re building the team to execute on it. Come win with us.
